À propos de ce logement
Walk 2 blocks to Music Hall for a Symphony performance, 1 block to Taste of Belgium for waffles, 2 blocks for a flight of local beer at Half Cut. This 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect landing pad for exploring the historic neighborhood of Over The Rhine, and all that downtown Cincinnati has to offer. Stay right up Vine street from the riverfront and the stadiums, and walk to Reds and Bengals games.
Please note: We are currently under contract to sell this building, so our price is lower than normal. All reservations will be honored, but no WiFi is available.
This one-bedroom apartment in a recently-renovated 150-year-old building with full-bath and large kitchen is in the perfect location for urban exploration. The nice blend of history and home sweet home in a bustling downtown neighborhood. Family-friendly listing because we're a friendly family.
PARKING: Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood but the best, closest, covered, and secure parking is at Mercer garage on Vine Street, less than a block from the apartment.

We (Levi, Heather, and four young kiddos) live in the building, and we're excited to get to know you and share what we love about our city. We want to hear your story, but we also respect your privacy. The building is our home, and when you stay here, it's yours.
The apartment is located in the back of the 3-apartment building, so it's nice and quiet, but we also have a white noise machine to help even more. It should be noted that our family lives above it, there is another Airbnb rental apartment on the same floor, and below the apartment is a small leather goods workshop. I know. Super cute, right?
You can walk to the delicious taco stand, Gomez Salsa, in about 3 minutes. So, that should pretty much seal the deal. Get the "Turtle." Trust me.
Keep all entry doors locked, and please be mindful of noise in the common hallway.
And while we're on the topic of noise, all loud noises in the building should be quieted by 11pm, pretty please.
Don't flush weird stuff down the toilet (that would be anything besides the supplied toilet paper).
Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment.
And please no smoking right outside the apartment- do so away from the building- and throw away your butts, please. (Apartments that smell like smoke will be charged for additional cleaning.)
Um, that's pretty much it.
Go on adventures.
Don't wait until it's too late to let the people in your life know that you love them.
Never throw water on a grease fire.
Okay, yeah, that's it.

My husband and I have dreamed and schemed and worked our butts off to purchase, renovate and live in our small building in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. We are really proud of our neighborhood, city and community.
We love the local food scene as well as activities like hiking/walking many of our amazing nearby parks, touring our museums, Zoo and visiting nearby Comic Conventions.
Staying with us would be all about enjoying Cincinnati from it's most historic neighborhood, in a cozy apartment we've prepared just for you, in the building we also call home.
Our young family is always excited to introduce new friends to Cincinnati.
