This unique and elegant 75 sq.m apartment can comfortably sleep up to five people and is located in an exclusive area of Rome in a 1920's Liberty style building, near Saint Peter's Basilica, the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the first furnished with a queen size bed, the second with two single beds. It is tastefully furnished with antiques, chinese pieces and cheerfully decorated.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, and two lounge chairs to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The functional, fully-equipped kitchen has an toaster oven, microwave, coffee makers and all the utensils necessary for guests to prepare meals.
The bathroom has a large shower, hair dryer, soap etc.
A baby cot is available to our guests.

The apartment is central and it has been recently renovated.

There is free street parking on the street.
Bars, restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance.
The apartment is well connected by public transportation to the main attractions of the city.
I can arrange private transportation with certified NCC (shuttle company) to and from the airport. It is a free service I am happy to provide to my guests.

Some information on the Vacation Home name:
The apartment is named after the Via Aurelia which leads to it. Via Aurelia is an ancient consular road that was began in the mid-third century BC by the consul Gaius Aurelius C. to connect Rome to Cerveteri, then extended to connect the new military colonies of Cosa and its Pyrgi founded in the third century BC on the Tyrrhenian coast and later connecting Agrigentum (modern Agrigento) and Panormus (modern Palermo).
No smoking. No pets allowed. Please be considerate of others in the building.

If you need to arrive or depart outside regular check-in/check-out I will do my best to accommodate you.
I charge a E 30 late arrival fee between 8 pm and 10 pm. € 50 after 10 pm.
A E 30 fee is charged for late check out not agreed on.
