I`m an Italian photographer based in New York since six years.
This is a four rooms "railroad" apt. There are two bedrooms, an office, a living room, a furnished kitchen and a bathroom with bath-tub.
The apt is located on the second floor of a four stories building in a quiet street in Carroll Gardens (Downtown Brooklyn).
It's 5 minutes away from both F and G train stops at Carroll Street. During rush hours, it takes 10-15 minutes by subway to connect to Downtown Manhattan.
The neighborhood is very safe and full of nice cafes` and restaurants.
At the moment, I use this apartment as my personal studio/office, and I sleep at my husband house. So I'm here, two or three times a week during the day for working, but you won't see me at night, unless sometimes if anything exceptional is happening.
I rent the last room for a single person per short period of time (one week up to 3 weeks) for 100$ a day. This room is laid at the end of the apartment and you will have total privacy.
You are welcome to cook anytime and make yourself coffee or tea in the morning. Fresh sheets, blankets and towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay.
Price includes utilities and WIFI.
This a typical old fashion apt in Brooklyn. I have rearranged, renovated and cleaned it on my own. It's not exactly a new trendy looking apt, but it's warm and cozy.
I think about my house as a peaceful and creative place. I have a good sense of hospitality and I like my guests to feel comfortable.
WiFi, Kitchen, Living Room.
I'm a freelance (URL HIDDEN) the moment, I'm using this apt as a office two or three times per week during the day for working, but you won't see me at night, unless sometimes if I have to work till late.
F and G train to Carroll Street or Smith/9th stops.
From JFK airport you can take a taxi. Depending from traffic, you can be at my place in 30 minutes. Cost might vary from 35-50$.
From JFK airport you can take also the A train direction Manhattan and stop at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Streets stop and change for G train direction Church Ave. Get off at Carroll Street stop and exit at 2nd Place. Walk four blocks on Smith Street against the traffic and take a left on Luquer Street. After two block you will see the house on the left side of the Street.
The apt is located in a very friendly and nice building. Neighbors are youngs and kind people. People who move in should respect the neighbors and the environment and bring nice vibs.
