This home is close to everything including historic downtown and local galleries, food, shopping, Oregon Garden, Silver Falls State Park (15 minutes), Woodburn Outlet Mall (20 minutes), wineries, nurseries, berry farms, plus an alpaca farm where you be unclose and personal with the animals. Portland is an hour, day tripping is easy, biking, hiking, or just sit in garden, After your day, grab a book, sketchpad, or instrument and relax, even build a fire, if the weather is right.
This is an historic house, built in 1885 by Adolf Wolf, an immigrant entrepreneur. It is unique, has plenty of space to hang out Victorian style as well as full of eclectic items and energy. Enjoy the garden, fire pit, and quiet atmosphere. Good for feeding the creative spirit and a place of respite. And of course, a good place to just rest your head after your day.

There can be off street parking in front otherwise on street in front of house. Safe area. Access is from front door. You may use all "common" areas, including kitchen, sitting rooms, dining and outside. There is a piano, which loves new fingers.

Depending on the day you come, I may or may not be available. However, the house is yours to feel at home and use, from the kitchen to the yard. There is sometimes a long term lodger, but normally Airbnb guests rarely see or hear them.
There is a cat. No other animals are generally accepted. Small cat friendly dog may be allowed for an extra $25 fee.
Common courtesy is what is expected of guests.
Smoking allowed outside, not inside. 4:20 friendly.
There is a full shared bath, plus a 1/2 bath for immediate needs if the one is occupied.
