This apartment is a large modern heritage style space. It boasts high ceilings and an absolutely huge master room and ensuite.
This space is unique with its 2 bathrooms and easily accommodates a family of 4-6.
Please note the lounge room you see in the picture converts as the second room. The couch is a high end comfortable fold out sofa.
The place is a home in its own right with its own private closed off court yard seperate kitchen and eating area.
It has a private/shared court yard which sits directly in front of the kitchen and you can look out at the kids playing in the court yard from the kitchen or enjoy a coffee outside without leaving the space.
If your a coffee lover you might appreciate the coffee Nespresso pod machine.
The space has luxurious comfortable couches and beds.
Gorgeous Comfy king size bed, modern kitchen, the cosiness, the high ceilings are all great assets to this space that I hope my guests will embrace.
The apartment is great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
Its family friendly and caters for travellers coming with children.
I love kids so I always have a set of toys for them!
I am happy to supply a Portable Cot if required.

The apartment itself is on a lush green street surrounded by beautiful trees and a peaceful air in a very classy upper end area of St Kilda.
The apartment is light with big bright windows and high ceilings.

This apartment is on the ground floor and also have 2 BBQ's in the courtyard.

COOKING RESTRICTIONS Although I love foods that are Indian and Malaysian myself unfortunately I don't allow this type of cooking at my place. It is not permitted to cook with any curries. It is also not permitted to cook using ingredients that have strong smells. The apartment is best suited for light cooking
Please note no smoking inside the apartment.
An automatic deduction of your security deposit will take place should any of these rules be broken.
Any damages must be notified to your host.
Please note a detailed walk through the rental will take place when guests check out and any damages will be deducted from guests security deposit.
Please note if I am not notified about damages to the property I will automatically deduct the security deposit.
Guests must leave the oven and grill clean after using it

Please keep children away from anything that can cause damage to couches, walls or beds. Any damages will result in an extra cleaning fee as an automatic deduction from your security deposit.
Please wash all dishes and put them away.
If using the oven you must clean it after use.
Please note we ask you to leave the apartment as you found it. It is important if anything is damaged that the owner is notified.
##Damages to the couch or stains incurred will incur cleaning fees so please be mindful when consuming coffee or wine on any of the couches.
Keys lost or not returned will incur a $60 copy fee.
