Very bright top floor apartment, located in the center of the city of Santa Cruz, the capital of the Island of Tenerife. Tastefully decorated, in a practical and contemporary style. It has an easy internal arrangement, with no corridors "everything is close at hand". Long views of the capital's rooftops and to the sea in the background. Located on a 7th floor (with lift), no noise from street but in the heart of the city, in the pedestrian street Callao de Lima (corner with Pilar street). A few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria, City Hall, the Civil Government and the commercial areas of Pilar and Castillo streets. Very close to the Clinica Parque as well as to other hospitals: Clinica Hospiten Rambla, Clinica Capote and Clinica Santa Cruz. Suitable for people with reduced mobility to a moderate degree (accessible in wheelchairs from the street).
The apartment doesn't have a terrace or balcony, but has two windows in the living room with views over the rooftops of the capital. The master bedroom is also facing outside and with the same view. The kitchen and second bedroom are bright and overlooking a small courtyard. The bathroom is inside.

The apartment is a few meters from the recreation area of Parque Garcia Sanabria (“green lung” of the City).
The Parque Marítimo César Manrique swimming pools complex, the Central Bus Exchanger and the Auditorium, are 9 minutes by car.
Las Teresitas white sand beach and San Andres fishing village are 8 km.
Las Gaviotas beach is below Las Teresitas beach, but has a more complicated access.
Pharmacy (20 mts.), Supermarket (40 mts.), Shops and Boutiques, Bakeries, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, etc., are around the area.
As the apartment is situated in a very central area of the capital, parking in the surrounding area are limited, although, with greater or lesser difficulty, you can always find site for parking. As an alternative, there is a public Parking only 2 min. walking distance from the apartment.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a city of 214.477 inhabitants (2014) and has the typical services of a Spanish capital of provinces of medium type.
From the Central Bus Exchanger (Intercambiador) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, depart buses for all the Towns of the Island (the official Transports Company is TITSA).
Also you can go to the apartment from the Airport by taxi. You can hire this service from home.
This service is easy and safe, although obviously it’s a little bit more expensive!. The price from Tenerife South Airport to the apartment is around 78.00 euros (for more info, please contact with the owner).
In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (is not expensive in comparison with other tourist locations). There are several local companies where you can calculate online, an estimate for your stay (for more info, please contact with the owner).
Please keep in mind that a car will allow you to have many possibilities, because Tenerife is an Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (known as the Island of Eternal Spring) and "find" good weather and a "summer" temperature, even in winter, can be a matter of a few kilometers.

Although we have established a security deposit (100.00 euros), we would like to tell you that it is not necessary that you pay us this amount upon arrival, because we know that you will take care of our apartment "as if it were yours" and you will leave it as you found it (we trust you!).

Please keep in mind that as proof of our seriousness, we deliver to our guest a legal contract in Spanish (with an automatic translation in English) to cover the days of your stay and where we specified clearly the object of it and the commitments of both parties.
Once you have made your reservation in firm and in order to complete our booking form, you should send us the following information:
- Your personal data (name, surname, full address and passport or ID number) in order to prepare the contract that we will deliver to you on arrival with the keys of the apartment and which basically determines: The property to rent, that the guest does not have to pay any amount to the owner for the rent or the supplies, because the owner will receive from AirBnB said amount, the dates of entry and exit, etc.
- The Airline and your flight number, to know in advance if your flight has some delay.
- The Mobile phone number that you will use in Tenerife the day of your arrival (just to contact you and to coordinate the pick-up of the keys).
- How many people (adults/ children) will occupy the apartment during your stay, to prepare sufficient towels, sheets, etc.
- How you will reach the apartment (by car, by taxi or by other Public transport).
And, finally, please note that all you can see in this site about our apartment (equipment, distribution and location of housing, services offered, etc.), is what you will find when you arrive to the apartment... and the only thing we wish is that you treat it as if it were yours!.
