Hi Dream, again, sorry about the lights not working. As I explained when you first reached out, I had flown to California the morning you checked in & the housekeeper must've tripped the breaker and did inform me; by no means an excuse. The tripped breaker controls the lights in both bedrooms (where the modem for WIFI is located), bathroom, & the outlet where the TV is plugged in (hence TV, Netflix, etc. not working). Of course it is true that I have all of the things listed on my "Welcome" sheet. I explained in great detail how to turn the breaker back on - something that is very simple - and was told you could not figure it out. I explained it in even more detail and followed up to check the status, and heard nothing back after a first response or two saying you couldn't figure it out, so I figured it was fixed and you were too busy to respond. If I had been informed that it wasn't resolved, I would have sent someone over to help. A tripped breaker is not uncommon, and is a simple thing to fix for the average person.
A note on Dream after her stay (something I discovered this week while playing Uno with my 8-year-old neighbor): she or her friend wrote on the cards. This does not seem like a big deal, but it is disrespectful to destroy someone else's property, especially by writing something like "take a shot of vodka", which in this case was first discovered & read by an 8-year-old. I would not recommend Dream as a guest since she did not communicate well in regards to the tripped breaker, and therefore it did not get resolved during her stay, and due to the fact that she wrote on my personal property.
