Our first trip to Joshua was love at first sight! We fell in love with JT so much that we immediately put an offer on an old dilapidated homestead cabin. We like to be one with nature and enjoy all the wildlife integrated with our cabins, the serene landscape and complete quiet of the land. Izzet has a degree architecture, studied in the U.S. and France. His vision is to give any place an indoor/outdoor feel. Katrina's major was business with a minor in accounting. However, her passions are animals and design. Using Izzet's training and Katrina's passion, we restore our properties by reusing materials as often as we can and integrating the landscape. We always live at our properties before renting them in an effort to make sure our guests are comfortable and have everything they need to enjoy this one of a kind experience.
We both love to travel and find that Italy is our favorite country to visit. We love city of Venice and can't get enough of Southern Italy. After doing our family trees, both of our families are from two small towns in Southern Italy very close to each other! So we had to explore and stay in those towns to walk in our anscestors footsteps.
Our current immediate family consists of four furry rescued pets and the two of us! We hope we get to host you and make you part of our extended family!
Can't wait to see you Joshua Tree!
