Federico, I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your time in my apartment, but I think you were unfair on your comments. I was in the apartment, before your arrival, to verify everything, so, I can say, for sure:
i. There is no ant infestation, if some appear, possibly, you left something sugary around for quite some time;
ii. Kitchen amenities are simple, but you can cook whatever you need with it, whatever is necessary in a vacation place; but if you needed anything else you had my phone number and you could asked and maybe me or the keeper of the apartment would be able to arrange things like you wanted (I have told you that in the reception);
iii. Mattresses were changed recently, less than 2 years ago. I spend the night before your arrival in the apartment and did not had back issues, but mattresses are a personal matter. In my apartment the bed are made of wood, traditional and the mattresses are not very soft and not very hard, maybe you should search for places with the kind of beds that you prefer (it is a preference not a problem). It is important to remember, also, that I was not as picky with you as you were with me, in 5 minutes in the apartment your kids started jumping in the mattress with their shoes on, the same mattresses that you are now complaining of;
iv. The blackouts don't block every sunshine, for sure, but you are on a beach apartment, and light and sun are indispensable in places like this;
v. The pillows were in the wardrobe, there were four of them, you could had searched for them, or asked me;
vi. I'm sorry about the ceiling fan issue, and I did what I could to solve the problem as fast as I could, but it was and isolated problem with the fan and it says nothing about the electric installation of the building and the apartment. You are not an specialist about it, so, please, do not say things that are not true just because you are unhappy.
I have taken everything that you sad in consideration and I will do some modifications in the apartment that can make it more comfortable for the future guests (changing blackouts curtains and add more kitchen appliances), but I truly believe that most of your complains are not reasonable. Again, sorry that your experience was not what you have expected, and I wish you luck in your next vacations.
