The apartment was very nice. Location was perfect. Francine - the host was excellent. Would definitely use this apartment again!!!

The location of the apartment was wonderful. Walking distance to the old city @ the Jaffa gate, supermarket, bank, children's park, and HUC. The neighborhood is quiet with the windows closed. Air conditioning worked, and plenty of space for 6. On the other hand the apartment was dirty and the hot water was not working when we arrived. The maintenance person fixed it the evening we arrived, and he helped us get take out food from a friend's restaurant. That said, Francine did not respond to our e-mail once we told her we were having issues. Aside from the broken water heater, there were minimal supplies in the apartment; we had to immediately go out and buy toilet paper, soap, etc. Of the three bedrooms, only the master bedroom with en suite bathroom was comfortable. The beds in the other two bedrooms were mediocre to bad, and the ladder on the bunk bed was unsafe; the rungs twisted on the ladder to the top bunk making it slippery. Also, the condo right next store to where we stayed was undergoing construction which began at 8:00am. In addition, the balcony looked neglected with many dead plants and various clutter. Over all the King David apartment building is new and lovely. This apartment had good potential, but given it's current conditions I wouldn't stay there again. If it was better appointed, had supplies, and was cleaner and in working order, we would certainly give it a try again.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Francine was great to work with before our arrival. She responded quickly to all emails and was a pleasure. Highly recommend using her! The negatives were when we arrived there was no dishwasher as apparently the old one had broken. The kitchen floor was a mess from when they had removed it. One of the rooms had no light as the bulb had burned out. No big deal but why wouldn't management do a walk thru prior to a guests arrival to make sure everything was in order? Once we alerted manager Ahuva she was responsive. Bottom line We did enjoy our stay!

Both Francine and the rental management team were a joy to work with. They were quickly responsive to all of our questions and requests. The apartment was wonderful... lot's of space for a family of 6... great location. We would definitely rent here again.

Our experience at Keter David was positive from start to finish. We booked through Francine who was excellent to work with and very responsive. The building staff was wonderful and the apartment was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped, great air conditioning, ample towels and linens. The location could not be more convenient - in one direction the mamilla mall and of course the old city. In the other direction the old train station and more trendy German Colony. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment. It is 10.

Place was truly great. 5 stars. Beautiful apartment in amazing location. Brand new. Comfortably can sleep 7. Indoor parking available but ask for details prior to arrival. A little pricey but we went during peak season of Passover.

One of my greatest pleasures is sharing the magic of Jerusalem by encouraging others to visit and helping them find a nice place to stay while they're here. Friends and family from abroad have contacted me recently about helping them find short term rentals, and in response I scouted the market and found a variety of vacation apartments available to rent. I understand the challenges of coming into a new city and not being familiar with the language and customs.

So whether you're traveling on a budget or looking for something more luxurious, be sure to check in from time to time to see what's new. And be sure to ask me about car rentals, tour guides, catered events (Bar-mitzvahs, holiday meals), points of interest, ways to get around the city/country or anything else that will make your stay that much more enjoyable ...
