A private room in a beautiful 2br loft in the middle of it all. Prime location in heart of Williamsburg. Elevator and Laundry room. 1 bedroom, large living room.
We'll treat you like we treat our family: we love having guests and would love to know about you, but we respect your privacy if you'd rather keep the interactions minimal.
We travel a lot, often relying on the kindness of strangers whose directions and insights have had a tremendously positive impact on our adventures, so we would love to pay it back. We're happy to offer recommendations or insights that may be helpful before and/or during your stay in this amazing city. We'll be your "phone a friend" while you are out and about if you need information or guidance :)
You have complete access to our full house except for the other bedroom. Feel free to use our living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room in the building (including detergent, etc.). We have high speed wifi and a very robust and secure broadband connection.
We love our planet and care to keep it clean as much as we can. In the kitchen you'll find recycling bags for plastic, paper and glass/metal. We kindly ask you to wash plastic/glass/metal containers and sort it in recycling bags.
We keep our apartment clean and would ask you follow simple rule to take off your shoes when you are coming back from walk.
You are welcome to cook in our kitchen (it's really big and comfortable) and use all the dishes/pans/pots... and gas stove (only medium heat, plz. It will make your food taste better and our pans/pots safer:) )
We would love to do our best to make your visit interesting and exiting and we hope you'll love NYC as much as we do!
Welcome to our home!!! :o)
I'm a lawyer, specializing in business law. Currently live and love NYC! For me Airbnb is a great way to travel, meet new people, explore new cultures give and get helpful and interesting information about NYC or any place i'm visiting form my hosts. I'm a host and guest at the same time and i really enjoy this sharing concept! I'm defiantly not a "resorty" person and for me travel is first of all exploring, moving around and diving deep into the culture of the place.
