I am still missing THREE Face Cloths, made more annoying than the cash value, because they are from 3 different towel sets, (white, beige and purple).
I do not question your motives, but facts. I keep a careful inventory. I left a copy in the apartment. It contains a line saying "Please do not remove host's items from the apartment".
I do not know how you lost one piece each from three different sets, and clearly neither do you. But i wish your 'default' had been your ownership of the loss, not questioning my reaction to it.
The AirBnB model is one of exchanging money for service. You chose my place, and asked to extend, which is evidence that we offered good value.
