this house is near the seashore, less then 100 m away from the beach, located in Drage. it s surrounded by pine trees, so it s very pleasant. the house is made of stone, in old manner, with thick walls so there s no need for air conditioner. its an example of authentic Mediterranean architecture constructed in 1921. there s one bedroom, with three beds in it, and there is a small kitchen within a room, creating a comfortable studio. there s a bathroom with shower cabin. ground floor is for rent, and you can use terrace on the upper floor, nobody lives there. you can park your car in the backyard. Drage is close to the beautiful city of Zadar, one of the most interesting sights in the Mediterranean. Šibenik is also in the nearby, and Biograd, too. Drage is surrounded by several national parks-Kornati, Paklenica and Plitvice. nature park Vransko jezero (Vrana lake) is inside the village itself, and it s genuine heaven for fishermen and nature lovers, since its very rich with fish and birds.

I m from Novi Sad, province of Vojvodina, Republic of Serbia. but my ancestors are from the very house I rent, they were fishermen on the idilic coast of Adriatic sea. much before, their ancestors were warriors in service of Republic of San Marco, proud city of Venice. much, much before, their forefathers were pirates of you see, the story of ourselves start much more before we were born!
as you can conclude, I m very interested in history. :)
