Large cottage on a quiet, clean lake. Great fishing, swimming, hiking, campfire and relax location. Enjoy the fresh air and view from the large deck before retiring to the screened in balcony in the evening. Please see reviews for more details.
Located at the end of a winding dirt road, this cottage is the best of both worlds - peaceful nature with a complete house. Electricity & running water (showers!) means you'll never have to trek out at night in the dark to an outhouse.
The cottage comfortably sleeps five, six in a pinch. It includes access to three traditional bedrooms and one single bed on the porch. [Please identify how many guests in your booking. We will only provide clean linens/towels for as many guests as have been identified. ]

Échanges avec les voyageurs
Due to the remote location, owner is often offsite for checkin/checkout. Host is always available to assist by phone / text should you have any questions during your stay.
The cottage is on lake water. It's very clean and fresh, but please bring bottled water if you're unsure about drinking from a lake. We hope to have a separate water system in 2017 and will update when advised.
**Max ONE vehicle on property.**
IMPORTANT: There is no garbage collection or recycling at this location - everything that is brought in *must* be removed (bottles, garbage, etc). Additional fees will be charged if anything is left onsite.
NOTE: The cottage is unheated. Room heaters are provided, but it is a large building and main spaces do not heat up quickly. Obviously not an issue is July / August!
"Leave it in better condition than you found it."
(See cleanup checklist, below.)
IMPORTANT: DUE TO REMOTE LOCATION, THERE IS A FEE FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL IF NOT REMOVED.

I'm a musician-turned-consultant that still loves getting a great deal on travel. I've been all over the world (Kenya, New Zealand, Scotland, Trinidad & Tobago, Western Europe) mostly on outdoor adventure style trips: climbing mountains, going on safari, scuba diving, saving baby sea turtles, whale watching, cycling, and more! While I travel for adventure, I view my home & cottage as a quiet sanctuary. You'll have everything you need to have a chill stay & leave feeling rested. Please let me know a bit about yourself when you book with me, so I can help you find local resources to enhance your stay!
