À propos de ce logement
Quiet private bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment - for a fraction of the price you'd pay at a Nolita hotel. Located on a beautiful, quiet block, you'll be only steps away from subways, restaurants, SoHo shopping, Chinatown, the LES - anything you could possibly want in downtown Manhattan.
This apartment is a rarity: situated on a block with less foot traffic than many in the area (and no noisy bars or restaurants!), it's right in the middle of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in NYC. This NoLiTa haven is steps from SoHo shopping, Chinatown, the Lower East Side, the East Village, and Little Italy. If you love downtown Manhattan, this is the place for you. Convenient and comfortable.
NOTE: The space can easily fit two people and I enjoy accommodating couples (see "additional guest" charge), but the layout of the apartment is better suited to one guest. That said, I've hosted many couples before and they all seemed quite pleased with the space and the reasonable price.
Accès des voyageurs
You will have access to the small kitchen; refrigerator and shelf space; a living room with flatscreen TV; and a very small (PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS!) bathroom – the shower is actually in kitchen (one of those awesome smaller-apartment NYC quirks).
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I am very laid back about interacting with guests; for the most part, I'll help with directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. in any way I can, but I am quite busy so I'm never in a guest's way.
I have two cats who are very sweet and low-maintenance. If you are allergic, this is not the ideal AirBnB for you!
Also, the apartment is located on the second floor – so no six-story walk-up.
Be respectful and don't break stuff. And please ask me before bringing a guest over to the house during the daytime. That's about it!

I'm an actress and personal assistant who's lucky enough to live in one of the most badass neighborhoods in NYC. I grew up in San Francisco and try to maintain the easy-going West Coast atmosphere in my home. I'm super respectful and laid back, and I love meeting new people and helping to make their stay in NYC a great one.
