Location: Union Square is on the Cambridge line, consists of the conjunction of Somerville Avenue, Washington Street, Prospect Street, and Webster Avenue in the southeast corner of the city.
Access: Union Square is directly accessible from State Route 28. It is less than twoSquares and Neighborhoods Map miles from downtown Boston and will be the site of a future Green Line MBTA station. It is also within half of a mile of stops on the following bus routes: (phone number hidden), CT2.
Attractions: In past decades, Union Square served as the primary commercial center of Somerville. While this period is retained in some of the square's taller historic buildings, today the area is now known for its niche retail and varied selection of ethnic restaurants and markets. The square is also home to a number of key public buildings including the City's Public Safety building and the US Post Office.

HOUSE RULE: ENJOY, CARE & RESPECT.

1. ETIQUETTE:
Please TAKE OFF outdoor footwear at the apartment door.
Please walk SOFTLY in the house, do NOT stomp.
ONLY guests listed in our agreement may stay overnight at the place.
Do NOT share any code or password with others.
Do NOT put oil and grease into the sink.
Keep house and apartment doors LOCKED.
Slightly OPEN laundry/dishwasher doors when not used.
Remove the lint from the dryer filter each time before using the dryer.

2. NO SMOKING: Please smoke outside. If there is evidence of indoor smoking a $290 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

3. NO PETS: Pets are NOT allowed.

3. PARKING: If you will have a car, let us know model and color before your arrival. We will send you off-street parking instruction. Do not park on street as you could get ticket.

5. NOISE: This is a residential area. Please keep the noise level low especially between 9pm - 8am, where you can hear it not the neighbors.

6. CONSERVATION: Please use the water, electricity, or gas SENSIBLY — such as closing windows if the heating or cooling is on, or if you are not home.

7. SUPPLIES: Although you may find initial small quantities of household supplies such as toilet paper and liquid soap, these items are not supplied as a rule. This is a self-catering home and the responsibility of the renter to obtain. At the end of your stay, please do not throw any such supplies away as the next guest will appreciate the start.

8. BATHROOM: Do NOT put paper towel/cloth into toilet. It clogs and costs you $300 to clear! Close shower curtain or door to avoid water on the floor.

9. KITCHENETTE: Please do NOT throw any solid food in the kitchenette sink!!! Any clogs can costs you $300 or more depending on where it clogs, especially if it clogs pipes in the wall. Smoke detectors can be sensitive and trigger easily if there is smoke in your cooking. Cooking with smoke is discouraged, and if you have to do any cooking it’s best to control even the minimal smoke by opening windows.

10. COMMON PLACE: Backyard/Terrace is communal. Please leave the yard tidy, such as closing the umbrella when not in use.

11. LIABILITY: This unit / house is privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is AGREED that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

12. ACCESS: It is also AGREED, by accepting this reservation, that the host may need to access the unit for purposes of repair, inspection or viewing for a prospective Lessee. The host will provide reasonable notice prior to such access unless it is an emergency.

13. DISHES: Please WASH your dishes prior to departure. Feel free to leave dishes in the drain tray.

14. VISITORS: People who may visit the premises because of the Guest, are the sole responsibility of the Guest.

15. TRASH: Compact and put your recycles and trash in their CORRECT CANS outside and keep the lids completely CLOSED. Putting in wrong bin or leaving the lids not fully closed can get tickets from the city and can be costly!

16. DECOR: Please respect the furniture and the decor in the apartment. If you have moved, put furniture and decorative items back the way you found them.

17. PRE-DEPARTURE: Put all the dirty towels in ONE PILE. Make sure you DON’T LEAVE any leftover. TURN OFF lights, stove (make sure gas is fully off if it's gas), and water taps. CLOSE Doors / windows and lock the keys in the LOCK-BOX.

Notre hôtesse n'a pas souhaité nous rencontrer. Les clefs avaient été déposées sous le paillasson du couloir et elle nous a demandé de les déposer ainsi lors de notre départ. Nous avons été étonné par la dimension réelle de la pièce principale par rapport à ce que suggère la photographie du site RBNB. Il est incontestable que la photographie a été étirée ce qui est de nature à donner l'impression d'une volumétrie supérieure à la réalité. L'appartement est issue de la division d'un logement plus grand et dans la chambre derrière une armoire une porte de communication subsiste. La perméabilité phonique entre les deux logements est importante et les conversations même chuchotées s'entendent.

It was a great pleasure staying at Dina's apartment. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the bedroom luxurious, the building well maintained and quiet. All rooms were clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The apartment could not be better located. I can highly recommend Dina's place she was a great host! Enjoy! Henrik

I had a great four week stay at Dina's apartment in September/October 2016. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and Dina was a great host (always helpful and responding to all questions immediately). I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay while exploring Cambridge and Boston.

I've been an Airbnb host for few years now and recently had a pleasure of being a guest so I know what people expect from a Host and a Guest.
I truly enjoy hosting Airbnb and I think it's a great community of people, almost like a world web of great hosts and guests.
As for me I'm very sociable person and Airbnb gives me an opportunity to meet different people each time.
I also like to keep things clean and organized and spend most of my time reading books, doing research on a healthy lifestyle and of course trying to live one! :)
