Our one bedroom penthouse is big enough for two persons, the flat is less than one minute from the seashore in central location, just off The Strand, within 2 minutes walking distance from the seaside, sandy beaches, promenade, boat cruises, buses, taxi stands, shopping centre, restaurants, tourist attractions, children's parks and more.
WELCOME TO OUR BRAND NEW AND AFFORDABLE THIRD FLOOR (NO LIFT ) ONE BEDROOM STUDIO PENTHOUSE DECORATED IN THE RELAXED COASTAL STYLE, WITH BIG LOVELY TERRACES IN THE BEST LOCATION OF SLIEMA TOWN, NEXT TO ST JULIANS AND CLOSE TO PACEVILLE!
The accommodation is comprised of ONE BEDROOM 3RD floor with fitted kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and leading to the big lovely terrace.
Facilities: Sleeps 1 to 2 Persons (2 single beds ), TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Fridge/Freezer, Gaz Cooker, Kettle & all kitchen utensils, Automatic Washing Machine, Gaz heater, bed linen and towels are provided free.
Capital City Valletta is within 20 minutes reach by bus or 10 minutes by ferry. The bus stop are just down the road from the apartment within 2 min walk. The bus stop to Paceville/ St.Julian’s is also that close and the ride takes about 5 minutes alternatively it’s a 10 minute walk along the promenade.
A starter pack of fresh food such as bread, milk, butter, fruits and etc. can be prepared against payment.
Electricity card meter is installed to the property !

Guests will be greeted on arrival irrelevant of the time of arrival.
A taxi can also be arranged on request.
Landlord is available at all times for any assistance the guests might need during the stay.
The town of Sliema is centrally located and close to all hot spots. Cruises can be booked from boots located on the promenade and bus tops are just across the rod from the property. Grocery stores, bakery, butchers, fish shops, pharmacies, take aways, bars, restaurants, children's park, shopping center and banks are at walking distance.
With the property being right in good location, it is easy to get around by walk or by bus which is located right across the road.
Minimum noise will be expected from visitors.
A new law has introduced by Maltese Government starts from 1st of June 2016:
1- we have to keep record of all guests +18 passport copy where they have to produce a photocopy of their passport upon Check-in.
2- Eco-Tax a new tax =0.50 cents per night per person +18 ,this tax can't exceed 5 Euro per person per booking. You can pay it cash upon check-in.
We’re quite relaxed in general and ask that you treat the neighbors and any other guests that might be staying at the same time with respect and keep noise to a minimum at night.
