Hip hangout spots are found around the corner 2 steers away while this guest unit rests in back of a private multi-unit property, off a quaint tree lined residential pet friendly street.
This unit is walking distance to everything. There is also public bus 2 streets down on West 3rd Street/ Fairfax. If you have a car, park conveniently in front of your unit and drive to all attractions in less than 30 minutes! Bike rentals available at $20/day. Uber is very popular to use as well.
Noise to be kept to a minimum from 11p.m. to 9a.m. Parties/ Events/ On Location Filming in large common area space available at higher rates upon request. Extra guest parking available at $10/day.
Laundry in basement of front building; careful staircase begins as soon as you open french door in driveway to enter laundryroom. HE Detergent only in washer.
Kindly tie up all plastic bags in pull-out trash bins in kitchen base cabinet before discarding in larger Black Bins outside. Blue Bin near rear building for Recylced Bottles/ Cans. Blue bin behind front building for paper products.
No smoking in unit; ash trays available out in patio.
Moving/ damage/ discoloration of furniture/ materials in unit are subject to security deposit deduction.
$75 small/ 125 medium/ 175 large per approved pet/ month/ stay. Please curb your dog; any droppings found on property are subject to security deposit deduction.
