i think the communication between us was fine.
Whenever you called me for any issues i was responding quickly.
The common areas of the building are the same, the pools are the same, the house is the same, generally nothing is different from the photos you see on the sites.
Regarding wi-fi unfortunately the Telephony Company who is responsible for the lines at this area is late to make the connection by referring to a defect of the line at this area. Because this was something that I didn't expect the second day of your staying I brought to you a wi fi pocket so to have the necessary signal (enough for all the days you will stay at this house). Regarding TV there does not exist.
The workers were trying to fix the common gardens as this could happen in any hotel also. No one guest from the other houses was complaining about that.
This doesn't mean that i don't understand you. I respect your complains. Also I already talked with the workers who had bad behavior and they have already impacts.
Wishing to show understanding about your legitimate complaints we offered you a meal with a private chef in the house for you and your family, but you denied that.
At the end of the season we will contact with you and see how you can receive a fair compensation for these complains.
