Hi Morgan, Thank for the honest reviews.
However i need to clarify the following honestly also.
Morgan has communication issue, he is not fluent in English.
1) Regarding the aircon not working. He only tell us upon his checkout. However, upon checkin, it is the remote control settings, he set it wrongly therefore it is not cold. It has been set to air circulation mode rather then air conditioning mode.
We have check and everything is okay.
2) Regarding the Toilet door, i would apologize and get it fixed, but he had not tell us anything until they checkout also. The unit is newly renovated and commerce business at January 2017. Therefore im not sure the door malfunction due to wear and tear or human factor. Anyway, the lock has been replaced without any charges to guest as i would strongly suggest it was a problem with the lock itself.
3) Regarding the roaches, I wish to apologize due to the small tiny roaches. It is all small roaches coming from outside the rooms and it spread to my rooms and pest control has been done. As the unit is clean everytime, problem has been resolved. But same cases, he does not tell us anything until the last of his stay, how could we help if we didn't know the issues ?
4) There is a construction nearby and it already mention in the listings, however work at night is NOT permitted and Illegal, i have no complaint from other guest at night. It is only affecting some of the guest that sleep thru the morning till afternoon.
Im here to sincerely apologize for all your complaint, but some of it we cant help if u tell us on ur last days or after your checked out. Example, door lock or aircon. for aircon, it is just a simple setting will make the aircon work correctly. Please communicate with us so we can help you. And your comment is a little bias toward the issues, but never mention that we reply your message even it is midnight. The unit is overall okay. Not as bad as u mention.
