My fully upgraded 1 bedroom home has the most amazing panoramic view San Diego has to offer. Huge yard with hammock. Excellent location close to the beach, airport, downtown, & Sea World. Very quiet neighborhood with great bars & restaurants nearby.
My home is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath home on centrally located Point Loma with the most amazing views of Shelter Island, Coronado Island, San Diego harbor and downtown day and night. The main bedroom is the best place to enjoy watching boat activity and planes on San Diego Bay and Coronado Island. The entire place has been remodeled with new appliances, refinished hardwood floors, new tile and granite counter tops. It has a very large fenced in yard with a hasty bake grill and hammock to relax and plenty of room for yard games. There is a large Eucalyptus tree to bring some nice shade and a couple lemon trees for your cooking needs. Comes equip with wireless internet and large HD TV with surround sound and a DVD player.
The Master Bedroom has a California King size Tempurpedic bed and the Living room has 2 pull out futons. One is a queen size futon and the other is a full size. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with a nice ocean breeze and on the sunny side of the coastal fog. It's a 10 minute walk down the hill to the Point Loma village where you can find amazing restaurants, shopping, the San Diego Yacht Club, Shelter Island, and La Playa beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the glorious Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach where there is world class surfing and the most amazing place to watch sunsets. There are also some really secluded private beaches to get away. Within a 10 minute drive are Cabrillo National Monument, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Sea World, Old Town, Down Town's Gas Lamp District, the San Diego Airport, Mission Valley, The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. We're only 20 miles from the Mexican border if your craving a Baja adventure during your stay.
The perfect location to have comfort in a quiet tranquil private setting and also be within minutes from all the attractions that San Diego has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. No washer/dryer access as the garage area is locked off. The Fire Place is off limits as well.

Very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close walking distance to Shelter Island area and Point Loma village.
Public transportation is available down the street on Rosecrans St. However, because the house is located at the top of a hill we recommend a rental car as the most practical way to get around.
*** CHECK-IN TIME is after 3pm PST and CHECK OUT is 10 am PST. NO early check-in or late check-out permitted without prior written permission from owner or manager.
*** There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.
*** We will not rent to vacationing INDIVIDUALS UNDER 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
*** DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 48 hours of departure, provided the below provisions numbered #1-10 are met. (Should any damage be done to the house where the cost of repairs exceeds the $500 deposit amount, renter agrees to incur 100% of the repair costs as determined by owner.)
1.) No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
2.) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
3.) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside the house, and all soiled dishes are cleaned and placed back in cabinets.
4.) All keys are left in the lock box and house is left locked. ($25 charge/per lost key)
5.) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
6.) No linens are lost or damaged.
7.) NO early check-in or late check-out.($150 charge for unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs)
8.) Renting party acknowledges that he/she is over age 25.
9.) No pets allowed on premises at anytime.
10.) No use of the fireplace occurs at any time.
*** MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
*** NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate and is not available. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
*** FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
*** WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
*** PARKING – The driveway fits one car. There is parking for one additional car on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in front of any neighboring properties. Remember to crank your wheels toward the curb when you park. Any illegally parked cars are subject to ticketing and/or towing; any applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle renter/owner.
*** STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given due to storms or any other weather conditions.
*** The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. Please be careful of the uneven footing in the back and front yard and all surrounding landscape. (i.e. big cactus in the backyard).
*** The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
*** Please be courteous to the neighbors. No loud noise or profane language allowed. There is a $200 charge for any disturbances reported to the owner or manager.
*** Please do not water the plants.
*** Kindly be conscious of energy usage during your stay.
