Very good location with easy access to Tram network. Easy check in and out. Linton and the team are good and quick in responding to inquiries. The apartment is a bit small and was not the best option for children. Also, the kitchenware were quite old and rusty.
Good place in a good location and outstanding view. It was convinent for me since I leave in the same condo and I needed a place for my family. I was extremely disapointed with the cleaning. Theres dirty pretty much everywhere. Whoever cleans the place should simply be fired. Not…

Hi Bruno. Thank you for your review. We are glad you were happy with the view and location! Sorry however, to hear you were disappointed with the cleaning. We pride ourselves in our high cleaning standards and have only ever received fantastic feedback in relation to the cleanliness of this property, so it was a surprise to hear that someone was not happy with it. In your private feedback to us, you said that this feedback was in relation to the dust (especially the dust on the balcony), as well as a bag of used linen in the linen cupboard that was due to be collected shortly by our weekly linen driver. We apologise if this affected you with your allergies. We did send our quality assurance manager around to check over the apartment after you left to make sure it was still up to the same high quality that all other guests have experienced. We also had them clean the air conditioning filter whilst they were there in case this was impacting on what you felt was a lot of dust. For future stays, we encourage guests to let us know of any issues as soon as they arise in order to ensure they have the most enjoyable experience possible.
