A beautiful private, self contained one bedroom apartment ideally suited to couples. Space consists of separate entrance, charming living & kitchen (wifi & TV with chomecast); designer bathroom; generous bedroom with queen size bed & storage; a large, private, all-weather outdoor lounge area (with hidden laundry and wet bar); sun drenched stone terrace & garden beyond with filtered Pittwater views. Close to beaches, water activities, nature walks, cafes & restaurants.
The apartment is the lower level of our home. However, it is completely self contained, seperate and extremely private both inside and outside. It has its own entrance from the street. The outdoor areas have filtered Pittwater views and are surrounded by a dense tropical garden for maximum privacy. The apartment is well insulated so it's cool in summer & warm in winter. You can watch the sun set over Pittwater from the terrace hammock.
Quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Insect screens on all windows. The apartment kitchen has an oven, 4 burner cooktop with range hood & an under-bench fridge, (+ a second bar fridge in outdoor wet bar), toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee plunger etc. A selection of quality teas, organic ground coffee, butter, jam, muesli, milk, juice, snacks, olive oil, herbs & sauces etc are provided in the kitchen for your convenience.

The apartment has its own entrance, its own combined living & kitchen area, it's own bathroom & queen size bedroom, it's own all weather, outdoor lounge area with it's own hidden laundry facilities & wet bar, it's own open-air stone terrace with cafe seating, umbrella & hammock. None of these spaces are shared.
Undercover parking can be arranged (we can allocate one of our carport spaces on request).
The property is not fenced and therefore not suitable for pets or small children.

There is a full compendium provided in the apartment with contact details and information on recommended local restaurants, cafes & all sorts of activities. Paradise Beach is just down the hill. Please feel free to ask should you require any further information. We have lived in the area for almost 25 years and are only too happy to help you discover its wonders.
Please note lost keys are a problem. The one key opens all 3 sets of French doors - should the locks require changing (due to lost keys) the penalty may be very costly.
Sadly the fire-pit on the terrace can not be lit due to the leafy surrounds & local council fire restrictions.
We would appreciate some help in looking after our (not so hardy) white resin floor - please do not wear pointy heels or hard soled shoes inside (we provide white Havianna Thongs for your convenience) + if you could clean up any accidental spillages quickly as it stains easily.
I advise you not to park your car in the bus stop immediately in front of our property as you may be fined. Buses stop here 7 days a week.
- Smoking allowed in outside areas only.
- Please do not wear high heels or hard soled shoes on the resin floor inside the apartment. Havianna thongs provided.
- Two adult guests only (one queen size bed) no extra guests can be accommodated.
- Check in time = 3pm-7pm & check out = 11am (unless organised otherwise).
- Please wash-up all used glasses, crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment.
- Please clean any accidental spillages on resin floor ASAP (stains easily) likewise for stone bench-tops.
- Please place your rubbish & recycling in the wheeled rubbish bins at property street entrance (red lid bin = general waste, yellow lid bin = bottles, blue lid bin = paper products).
- Lost keys will incur locks replacement fee.
