New, 2 bedroom house that sleeps 6. Utilising a modern eco-friendly design, split over two levels at the top of the hill in Coomba Park. Wake up to Kangaroos in the yard, the glistening lake and the ocean along the horizon.
'The Cure' as the house is known was built by my Father and me as a family holiday home. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful place surrounded by water views and wildlife. The house is fully furnished and has almost everything you need for a great holiday. It is also an eco-friendly house; we harvest our own rainwater, have solar panels and a waterless composting toilet.
Upstairs is an oversized bedroom with a queen bed and space to comfortably sleep up to four people (additional mattresses are provided, one queen and two single). Downstairs is a standard double bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Large entertaining decks wrap around three sides of the house providing plenty of space to relax soak up the sun and enjoy the 270 degree views of Wallis Lake and the Foster/Tuncurry coastline.
Guests have the use of the whole house and all inclusions, including linen. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need, stainless gas cooktop, oven, all cooking utensils, 2 bar fridges, pots and pans, etc. The house has a sound system, tv, washing machine, BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture and a modern bathroom. Fully equipped for holiday fun!
Coomba Park is a sleepy coastal town with one local shop and very few people, the perfect place for a relaxing and private holiday. The house is 100 metres from Wallis Lake and a leisurely 20 minute drive around the lake to Blueys and Boomerang Beach. (Close enough that the Pacific Palms Rec Club courtesy bus will pick you up and drop you home).
'The Cure' was built for relaxation and is the perfect place for couples, groups and families to relax and enjoy this beautiful, secluded part of the Australian Coast.
