I'm not sure what you mean by we didn't provide anything? There was everything provided from body wash, shampoos, and other toiletries, to tea and coffee amenities, to towels and linens, to twice daily housekeeping (including a turn-down service) at your request; or rather, at your insistence.
You have sent me over a 100 messages and I have patiently answered (while gritting my teeth) every single message (which I can screenshot and send). Of course, requests such as installing a NEW bed in the room RIGHT NOW, and changing the color of the wall paints , or erm..constructing a new room, are not really request I can cater to, due the lack of my superhuman prowesses.
Bugs? Well, if you choose to keep all doors and windows wide open after dusk, inspite of repeated requests and warnings to keep them shut, a stray bug will find its way in. If only it had your intelligence to heed to warnings!
I would like to end this response of mine, by requesting you to make an apology telephone call to my housekeeping staff, who you have abused, insulted, demoralized and ill-treated on several occasions during your stay. And all they tried to do was to ensure your stay was comfortable. I have escalated this abusive behavior of yours with the Airbnb support team as well.
Have a pleasant life ahead, and please, I repeat, please treat everyone with respect; especially those who are not as privileged as you in life.
