Large 3 bdrm, 2 bath 1259 sq ft Beautiful & Spacious Condo close to North Hollywood's Arts District, Burbank w/ easy access to all major freeways the metro link. Close to major Studios: Universal Studios & City Walk, Warner Brothers, NBC, Disney.

It's contemporary, 2 balconies, overlooks the pool/spa, Fireplace, 3 flat screen tvs, cable with movie channels, Wifi and hard wire internet, Central AC/heat. The full kitchen has a stainless Side x Side refrigerator with Ice/filtered water dispenser, microwave, oven/range, double sinks with garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, utensils, pots n pans, dishes, glassware etc. Eat in bar with stools opens to dining area.

There is a balcony off living room that looks onto the pool.

There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds: 2 queen beds and 2 twin size beds. All bedrooms have huge closets with mirrors.
1st bedroom has Queen size bed with flatscreen tv.
2nd bdrm has Queen size bed with flatscreen tv.
3rd bedroom (master bedroom) has two twin beds, a walk in closet, additional wall closet, vanity and huge balcony.

2 bathrooms-1st bathroom has tub/shower combo with separate vanity/sink. The 2nd bathroom has shower only with separate double vanity/sink.

Laundry room inside unit with extra capacity Washer and Dryer. There is an iron and ironing board for use.

Guests have free access to Pool and Spa from 7am-10pm, The pool/hot tub is free to use during the hours of 7 am-10 pm everyday. There is no lifeguard on duty and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The condo unit is upstairs on the 2nd floor.

We will be there to give you keys, sign lease and show you the condo. Thereafter, we do not contact you and try to give you as much privacy as possible. We will always be available if you need anything and happy to answer any questions or give any suggestions.

If we cannot be there for some reason we will arrange to leave you keys in a combo lock box and have you sign/email the lease before arrival.

We are on the border of North Hollywood and Burbank in a residential/business area. We are close to Noho arts district, Universal City, Studio City, downtown Burbank, Glendale, Toluca Lake, Hollywood.

The Burbank Empire center is a 6 min. drive and has many shops/restaurants such as Target, Lowes, Staples, Marshalls, Nordstrom rack, Michaels, and many restaurants/bars, and 24 hour fitness.
Downtown Burbank is a 10 min. drive and has numerous movie theatres, Ikea, Barnes N Noble, CPK, Chipotle, Macys, Bed Bath N Beyond, and many more restaurants, bars, shops. Trader Joes, Ralphs, Vons-every store & chain you can think of you will find in downtown Burbank. There are also one of a kind boutique shops located on N. San Fernando Rd.

Glendale, Studio City, Universal Studios/Universal City walk, Metro line, Warner Brothers, Walt Disney Studios, NBC, Griffith Park are about 8-15 min drive.

Hollywood/Highland, where the Oscars are held, Chinese theatre walk of fame/hand prints, Hollywood sign, Pantages theatre are a 15-20 min. drive. We are next to Burbank airport -it is a small airport with restricted flying times- all windows in the condo are triple paned. It has never been an issue with any of our past guests. There is also a metrolink train near downtown Burbank and Universal Studios. We are close to major freeways - 101 frwy and 5 frwy. It takes about 45 min to the beach. The location is great for any excursion in and around LA.

We strongly recommend you get a rental car. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car at the corner of Vineland and Victory. They will pick you up for free or you can walk -it's about a 15 min walk. They are open M-F, 8am-6pm, Sat. 9-12, closed on Sundays. The Metro link is about a 10 min drive and is located at Universal City: 3913 Lankershim Blvd., Studio City, CA 91604 across the entrance to Universal Studios.

There is also another Metrolink Station at 5373 N. Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601

There is 1 free designated parking space. Any additional cars would have to park on the street. The condo association does not allow to park in guest parking overnight for more than 2-3 days. They are very strict so it's best to park in designated parking space.

We do not allow parties or gatherings. We require a standard CA lease to be signed by all adults. Sorry no pets and no smoking inside property. We expect to guests to abide by HOA/Condo rules-basically be considerate of your neighbors. The HOA/Condo association does not allow towels/clothes hanging over balcony railings. Please turn off lights, AC/heat when not at home.

Mia was a super sweet and accommodating host. She was flexible with the check-in and out times, and had snacks waiting for us in the unit upon arrival. We had to stay in the rental for 2 weeks while we were closing escrow on our house, and had to be out of our apartment. Mia let me extend our stay by a few days (last minute) when closing was pushed out a few days, which was really nice of her, considering she had other inquiries on the unit. The apartment had everything you need - kitchen (fully equipped with nice appliances), washer/dryer, cable, parking spot, etc. The location is right near Burbank airport so it's close to Downtown Burbank and NoHo Arts District, which is convenient. The condo community itself is quiet and nice. Being so close to the airport I anticipated some noise from the airplanes, which wasn't that bad at all and stops a decent hour... One thing I will say, that I didn't see on other reviews, is there's a train literally right next to the community. It runs all hours of the day and night (and blows its horns, even at 2/3/4am). I'm a light sleeper, so this was on the noisy side for me. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Nicole, Thank you for the feedback and hope you are enjoying your new home! I'm glad I could accommodate you for your dates and extension. I am very sorry you had some issues with the trains. I did verify with Amtrak and Metrolink and they confirmed their trains do not run all through the night. The last train in Burbank leaves at 9:04 pm. The condo has specialized double paned glass on all the windows and glass doors and if they are closed there is very little noise. It has never been an issue or concern from any of the guests in the past. Sincerely, Mia

We arrived from Norway late in the evening due to luggage problems and long queue at the car rental by LAX airport. Mia was patiently waiting for us and was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment, and some good instructions for Norwegian tourists ;) The place was perfect for us, spacious, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, washer/ dryer, dishwasher... the works. Mia had even bought some essential groceries for us as a welcome gift. If we had any questions the response was immediate, their hospitality was first class! The pool area was very welcoming after a long day of traveling and shopping. The apartment has its own parking space that we used right under the apartment, perfect! The location was also perfect, near LA, Hollywood etc. I would definitely highly recommend!

Me and 3 co-workers stayed at Mia's place during a work trip to Los Angeles. There were nice touches around the apartment for us to feel welcome (such as some essentials in the fridge), Mia was very responsive if we had any questions. Pool/spa near apartment to relax in was definitely a plus after a longer day. Highly recommend for business and non-business travelers. Apartment is very good value and Mia is a super host.

Mia and her husband were great hosts. They prepped everything in the house more than they had to, to ensure our comfort. They respond quickly to messages and were always pleasant. The house is spacious and the compound itself also nice. Would definitely recommend.

The Apartment was perfect for our stay in Burbank. Location was good, and we used Uber to get around. Thoughtfully Mis left us some snacks for when we arrived. Communication was easy, will stay again.

This condo was perfect for myself and 2 coworkers needing a place to stay while working in LA. Mia was wonderful and answered all of my questions promptly. We had a last minute date change and the change process was very smooth. We were so grateful for the snacks and drinks Mia left for us. The pool was a welcome respite for hot days.

We are a couple with a 7 yr old daughter and live in Hollywood. I've lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years originally from the Midwest. My husband has lived here for 15 years and grew up in Ireland. We both work in real estate and in our free time like to hike, paint, ride motorcycles (husband) and go to the beach. We really love the Los Angeles area because we are close to the beach, desert and mountains. Having a sunny day almost throughout the entire year is something we both didn't have growing up. We really enjoy living here and taking advantage of the climate. We love the amazing diversity of cultures, entertainment industry, plethora of amazing of restaurants, health conscious community, farmers markets, and outdoor activities. We can't live without Arclight movie theatre, sushi happy hours, the Grove Farmers Market, Barnsdall summer wine nights, Glendale Americana, Griffith Observatory, Whole Foods, Lassens, Trader Joes, Brian Kest's Power yoga, Urth Cafe and Santa Monica Beach. We enjoy exploring all kinds of restaurants, music and art museums as well as different genres of movies, food and music. My all time favorite actor is Daniel Day Lewis.
