Our house is 7 mins walk to Boston Manor Underground Station and 10 mins walk to Northfields tube station, in a quiet residential street with free off street parking. It is also very close to a large park (Elthorne Rough) which has a playground and access to the Union canal and is great for a lovely stroll. We are a family of 4, I am a mum at home looking after Charlotte (3.5 years old) and Louis (20 months old) and Rob my husband works close by at Sky. We have 2 cats, Bonnie and Clyde. Our house is a family home with 4 bedrooms and a study, a sitting room, a large kitchen/dining area and a good size garden. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, but can also accommodate children and babies.
I am fluent in French as I am from Paris but also Spanish and Italian.
Our family home offers a relaxed and comfortable environment to London travellers whether here on business or pleasure.
The bedroom is large with a king size bed and lots of storage and hanging space. There is a TV with Freeview channels and a desk to work at. A hair dryer is available and iron/ironing table can be provided.
The room overlooks our garden and faces South so gets plenty of light but the black out blind helps keep it dark when wanted. The bathroom is private and includes a large shower, a sink, a toilet and a towel heater.
Our guests are more than welcome to use our living room to relax, read or watch TV at their leisure. Breakfast is provided in the dining room and includes a tea/coffee/hot chocolate, orange juice, bread and a selection of jams, peanut butter, honey, cereal and milk. Any specific dietary requirements, please do let me know in advance of your trip.
Weather permitting, you are more than welcome to have breakfast in our lovely garden.

We are in and out of the house all day but always home between 6 pm and 8 am as we have young children.
We can have as much or as little interaction with our guests as they so wish.
We are very happy to share the breakfast table and provide any information and recommendation on the local area, things to do in London, transport links etc.
We just ask that guests be mindful we have 2 young children in the house and as much as we will do our best to be quiet, we would appreciate the same effort from them. We tend to leave shoes at the bottom of the stairs to protect the carpet upstairs. Guests are welcome to keep their shoes in their room on the show rack should they wish to do so.
My husband and I live in our 4 bedroom house with our little girl Charlotte, her baby brother Louis and our 2 cats Bonnie and Clyde.
My husband is English and I am French but I also speak Spanish and Italian.
