The house was certainly just cleaned right before your arrival, as we have a very thorough and detailed cleaning checklist for our cleaners. I personally checked the house myself and all was perfect and even purchased new sets of towels as the last guest was there for a long stay. I wish you had notified me about your dissatisfaction right away and I would provide you with an additional cleaning services to provide you a peace of mind. The internet is Teksaavy, and quite fast and I never heard any complains about the speed before, again had you told me about the issue I could have called them, maybe there was a technical issue. I'm truly sorry you didn't have an enjoyable stay but as you can see on all my reviews, I always try to provide the best experience to my guests and barely had any issues in the past, which makes me really shocked about your experience. Please do share with your hosts in the future as I'm sure most hosts like me will try and provide solutions to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
