Looks like you are not enought transparent, i'm agree with somethinks but you should explain exactly what happened:
1. It's true that the guests before broked the glass and we cleaned it but with 24h with doesnt have time to make and install a new one, but is not nothing dangerous it something happen, is not your fault, we know it, but can't do more in this situations.
2. About the lights, we told you inmediatly you informed us about that that we will send in 1h a person to repair it, is not a new house a sometime this things can happen, but we are always able to put a solution.
3. About the bed's, you booke for 4 persons, couple + 2 kids, we prepared the master bedroom and the double room (with two single beds), we dont know that you want separeted bedrooms for the kids, this thinks you shoulded informed about it before, but i told you i willl send you the asistant and she will change the bed clothes to the other room, but the beds was all made.
5. We provide shower towell and hands towell for each person, no pool towells.
6. You arrive in a windy day, so is normal that have some tree leaves on the ground, we can't stay there the whole day cleaning the leaves, but was not diry.
You are the tipical person who is looking for discounts for the minimum things and not helpfully. So for us is better to not receive persons like you, thanks
