JP's feedback is malicious and not based on fact. During his stay, JP did not raise any issues and was very happy with the unit. After he check-out of the unit I found that he broke my fridge and lost my access card. When I confronted him he refused to admit the damage and loss, saying that he left the card in the living room. After searching the unit 3 times and not being able to find it, JP accepted that he lost the card. However, he refused to pay for the damage done to the fridge and started to raise complaints that were untrue.
As I have mentioned to him, I would have been happy to refund him in full had he raise issues during his stay. However, he did not do so during or after his stay. I have had great experiences with all my previous guests and JP is definitely not the usual guest experience.
Once again, if anyone rents my place and raise genuine complaints I will either resolve them immediately or refund the stay in full.
