Thank for making time to leave such detailed feedback for us.
I am grateful for the opportunity to comment on your statements regarding the accommodation and you stay at Villa Ella.
Cyprus is a hard water area and limescale is unavoidable, this also makes the towels hard when you wash them and dry them in the sun, they soften down after the first use. Never at any point did you highlight the fact that you considered the cooking facilities to be unacceptable.
The sofa covers and sofa are perfectly clean as are the mattresses which have protectors on them, and the pillows. Again nothing highlighted to us during your stay.
You must remember this is not a hotel and we do not supply shampoo, conditioner andshower gel, most self catering units don't. There was a welcome pack free of charge which you fail to mention of tea, coffee, milk and water, and yes we do leave toilet rolls for you. This is self catering and they are starter items
We had emails from 3 neighbors comparing about the noise you and your family made at 3am using the pool and partying. This would not be acceptable in a hotel and certainly not in a residential area. That was a house rule to respect your neighbors. They were so tired of your constant noise that they threatened to call the police.
I am not going to justify myself any further to you. Your comments are grossly exaggerated because we had to tell you to keep the noise down and respect the neighbors. We visited you on more than 5 occasions during you 3 week stay and offered a mid stay linen and towel change which you refused.
Grasp the concept of self catering and what Airbnb is all about, accommodation within the community. If you feel there is a problem, talk about it, if we are aware we can do something about it. Remaining silent and then commenting in a review is a pointless exercise. No other person has made these comments on this property. That speaks volumes in itself
