It is a safe and well located neighborhood. Close by are also supermarkets, grocers, butchers, cheese shop and wine shops, all within 2 minute walk.The closest metro stop is located a few minutes walk away allowing easy access to any corner of Paris. for example: Champs Elysees is 10 minutes, Museum d'orsay ans St germain are 15 minutes.This is a very quiet apartment at only 6 minutes walking from the Eiffel Tower (rue Beatrix Dussane), rue Cler and Les Invalides - Napoleon's tomb & Army museum (12 min). It's very easy to discover Paris from this location : bus, subway are very close. It is close to rue de Lourmel and Rue de Commerce. You ' ll find a lot of shops in a typical parisian life. French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Lebanese and many other restaurants are within the walking distance from the flat.Traditional Parisian market with fresh products takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays (from 8AM to 2PM) from the Metro Dupleix along Boulevard de Greneille. This is a safe and pleasant neighborhood.Here are couple nice places :- le volant basque (13 rue béatrix dussane)- le Kouriet 25 rue Viala 1 mn walking (couscous) - la cantine du Troquet 53 bld de Grenelle (sur le bld à gauche, 3 mn walkingThe market next to the metro station is taking place every Sundays and Wednesdays morning from 8 am to 1 pm.
