We regret to say that we had a really bad experience with Astrid. She even tryed to extorionated us with a bad review if we dont give money to her.
We think that the rules are the rules, and everyone has the right to write about his experience. Here we tell our opinion:
From the very first day she finded the flat noisy and said that she want to leave. Of course, we were totally open to reimborse the time that she didnt use the flat. She stay 2 nights and used the flat until 8pm to another day. Our rent or flat from 3pm from 12 to the next day, we said that in the description, so we only charged that she used.
She also complained about the second bed in the small room, the bed is below the bed but she didnt find it, even when I telled her that we have 2 beds and my (Hidden by Airbnb) was open to chat in every moment.
I was 2 days totally solicitous about she wants, waitting for the final decisition to leave the flat or stayed. She started the conversation and stopped it when she wanted, leaving many hours with out answer even days, remained undecided and going in circles.
She has little kids and I understand her position, I have a 5 months baby too but I dont use this for trying to take advantage.
Our cancelation policy is estricted and I could charge all the reservation if I would want, but I find this not ethical and I give the money back for the time that she didnt use. Even I spoke with Airbnb all the time for having a good behavoir according the airbnb rules.
