There is a large Carrefour supermarket and many other retail shops next to the tower, including pharmacy, dry cleaner, beauty salon, massage therapy, taxi stand, etc.


Why rent a car, when you can simply walk to hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, retail shops, shopping mall, the Marina, the JBR beach, the JBR Walk, the metro station, the ferry station, etc.

We are a licensed "Holiday Home" company in Dubai. Per Dubai laws and regulations, we must collect the tourism fee of $3 USD per night on arrival, separately. You must also pay a checkout cleaning fee of $49 USD on arrival.
You can use a major credit card or pay in AED, USD, Euro, or other major currencies.

Logement de bon standing conforme à la description, assez grand avec une décoration plutôt chaleureuse. Appartement calme au 49ème étage avec vue sur des tours assez proches. La piscine extérieure située au 5ème étage est agréable malgré le bruit de fond des voitures. Seul l'équipement cuisine est un peu juste (peu d'assiettes, couverts, pas de saladier ni de cafetière). Bien situé à la limite de la MARINA : comptez environ 15 mn pour vous rendre au coeur de la Marina et bord de mer côté JBR walk. Prenez le taxi pour aller au Dubaï Mall : 30 mn et environ 50 AED. Sinon il y a 2 stations de TRAM puis ensuite le métro (pas sûr que cela soit plus intéressant même pour le prix !) Le CARREFOUR market situé juste à côté et ouvert 24H sur 24h est très pratique. En résumé un bon rapport qualité / prix à environ 115€ la nuit pour Dubaï => Je conseille donc cette location.

Были семьей с двумя детьми. Все чисто, аккуратно. Все соответствует описанию и фотографиям, есть и бассейн, и детская, и тренажерный зал, и супермаркет в 20 метрах, рядом пляж, остановки общественного транспорта, а также постоянно курсирует такси. Приедем еще! Спасибо гостеприимство!

This is alexey' s review Were a family with two children. Everything is clean, neat. Everything corresponds to the description and photos, there is a swimming pool, a children's and a gym, and a supermarket 20 meters away, next to the beach, public transport stops, and also a regular taxi. We will come again! Thank you hospitality!

Very nice place to stay at. Not far from the Marina. Tram station in front of you. Beach in front of you. Supermarket at a few steps of the building and nice parking place for the car. Their was missing some things in the appartment, but they brought it immediately when we asked it. The personal were very nice We recommend this place!

I had nice stay at one of the cleanest apartment ive been so far with comfortable bed , good location , close to Marina Dubai and easy to get tram. Highly recommended.

Great apartment! Great location! We stayed here with our two children and we had a great time. We ran into some problems with our flight and Ahmad helped us out by extending our booking of the apartment. Location is walking distance from the Dubai Marina and the beach. Perfect!
