This downtown suite has plenty of space for small groups in the heart of the action. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is enough room for 6-8 people. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

Stay in the heart of downtown at the Railyard condos located on 4th Street between San Jacinto and Brazos. Walk to everything, and enjoy all of the amenities that downtown Austin has to offer from this prime location.

Situated one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the world famous 6th Street and the Warehouse District, and a handful of blocks from every other downtown attraction including hundreds of restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues, the location cannot be beat. The town lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away, there is a yoga studio just across the street, Starbucks is 200 feet from the front door, and arrangements can be made for a temporary gym membership two blocks away during your visit, if desired.

This 1,200 square foot unit features accommodations for up to 8 guests (two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin air mattresses), central air and heat, a full sized stackable washer and dryer, a small covered patio, free cable television, free wireless internet access, wood burning fireplace, and plush furnishings. With granite counter tops, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, flat screen televisions mounted on the walls, and a fantastic stereo in the living room, every detail has been considered to make your stay a pleasant one.

A full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all of the tools you need to cook your favorite meals will be included, however there are so many dining options within a few blocks, you may never use it. A few nearby options include: Fleming's Steakhouse, Fogo de Chao, Piranha Sushi, Vince Young Steakhouse, Backspace, PF Changs, 200 Congress, La Condessa, Lamberts, Swift's Attic, Champions Sports Bar, Parkside, Eddie V's, The Onion, Swift's Attic, La Condessa, Trace, Lambert's, and many more...

A wet bar comes stocked with glassware, a blender, and all of the bar tools you will need to fix your favorite cocktails while visiting. Just add liquor and mixers and you are all set. The closest liquor store is 2 blocks away.

You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car (plus a motorcycle or scooter), if you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes, and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.

There is also an outdoor pool area, and one of the most lively neighborhoods in ATX! I like to interact with my guests as much or as little as they would like. I am always available (24/7) to answer questions via email, text, or phone, and I enjoy meeting many of my guests. However, I am also very respectful, and allow my guests to determine how much interaction they would like to have. Ever since I setup automatic door locks, there are some guests that I have not ever met in person. Whatever works best for the guest, works fine for me.

If you are interested in hosting an even larger group, please note that I own and manage a large number of units in the same building complex, as well as some nearby houses. I am happy to host large groups for weddings, convention center trade shows, and other events in Austin.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. These times can be flexible (when possible), but we will need to communicate in advance so we can plan accordingly.

All guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the condominium complex pertaining to noise, trash, and smoking violations, etc. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the tenant. Be advised that noise violations start at $250 per occurrence. These fines can be assessed by the HOA without warning, however, we have never heard of a warning not being issued by a neighbor in advance. If somebody asks you to keep it down, please immediately accommodate them. If a fine is assessed, it will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please do not smoke or leave trash outside of the unit in the common areas. Please do not smoke in the unit or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you choose to use the alarm system, please be aware that any false alarms that are created (sending for police and the fire department), will be a assessed per occurrence.

Although we are animal lovers, pets are strictly prohibited. Please respect this rule or risk forfeiting the security deposit and any fees for damage.

A welcome email will be provided after your reservation is confirmed with all of the details for your stay, including your unique automatic door lock codes and assigned parking. We will also provide suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, bars, and much more.

Great room at a great price. Still our favorite place to stay in downtown Austin. This was my 6th year coming to Austin for summer vacation and my 3th room in three years at the Railyard. Will be coming back next year and renting another room.

Our stay was absolutely great! We had six of us and we were more than comfortable (and probably could've fit a couple more if need be). The place was spotless when we arrived, central location that's walking distance from 6th and also Rainey, and the people living in the complex are very friendly. We were a young group and there were a couple other mid-20s groups at the pool which made it even better to socialize! It may be a better fit for young professionals than families with young kids :)

This place was an amazing spot if you want to see the best of Austin. It's 5 minute walk from six street and a 5 minute walk from the Austin Convention center. The place is modern with TV's in some of the rooms. The only thing this place does not have is an ice maker!

I have been primarily based out of Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. After years of regular visits, I opened my first rental property in Palm Springs, California in 2016.
