Called the "Spanish Village by the Sea", San Clemente is best known for the famous pier, world famous surfing, quaint downtown / shops / restaurants and beautiful beach.

Highly upgraded, you'll feel like you're in a 5-star resort. Spacious Living Room with Flat Screen TV (cable channels included!), Fireplace and comfortable sofa offers great place to relax after a busy day, enjoy the views.

Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea! And, to the desirable community of Villa Granada, one of the most desirable condominium communities in the pier bowl area. You'll be about 200 feet to the sand, pier, and sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. Two blocks away you'll find the downtown village area with shops, cafes and restaurants. We'll gladly make recommendations & even make suggestions of the best items on the menu!

City of San Clemente 10% Tax and $59 Reservation Fee is not included in the original quote and will be added separately.
According to STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.

The Homeowners Association posts rules regarding use of pool, pool times and use of elevators. Any violation of the rules which result in a fine will result in the fine being deducted from the Security Deposit.

The location was beautiful . Sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. It was wonderful to have a parking spot. Valerie was very helpful when we arrived at the place and made sure we got in.

Great beach condo amazing views of ocean and pier. Easy 1 block walk to beach plus nice pool at the complex. Pictures were spot on.

My stay here was great. Met and exceeded my expectations. Valerie is a great host and was very friendly. She set me up with everything I needed. I'd love to stay here again or any of her other listings.

The condo was wonderful and the views were as advertised. Condo was clean when we entered except for a few minor spots on the carpet through out the unit. Valerie assisted with entry and responded to my concerns immediately. The major issues we encountered were that the dishwasher did not work and the dryer was not functioning properly, so we had to clean the kitchen the "old fashion" way by hand washing, which was OK but took a little extra time. The location was great and we had a good time despite the few mechanical issues with the condo.

The location and premises were exactly as described by Valerie and as showed on pictures. Valerie helped us to find the actual apartment and provided us with all necessary details. The location and quality of the premises is really great and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The GOOD: The San Clemente beach condo was beautiful! Nicely furnished, clean, and spacious. The room with bunkbeds also has a trundle, which we did not use, but would accommodate a larger family. The beds were VERY comfortable, which always makes being away from home more enjoyable. The beach/pier and downtown village shops are all within 3 minute walking distance. The views from the condo really cannot be beat! You wake up to the sun shining on the ocean and palm trees from the comfort of your living room. I got to do dishes with a view of the pier - GORGEOUS. The swimming pool was heated, which made swimming, even in January, pleasant for the kids. The condo was equipped with all of the necessities and even some specialty items (crock pot, cake pans) that made our stay feel more like home. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby (Nick's, South of Nicks, Antione's Cafe). The condo is extremely secure- maybe a tad too secure haha- you need a key to get into and out of the complex, even the parking garage. So don't leave home without it or you might get stuck with no cell reception in the parking garage and unable to get out (or even back up to your condo). The "NOT SO GOOD": I was very excited for our stay (it was one month long), and having read raving reviews about Valerie, was sure everything would go perfectly. I was surprised at the lack of communication (and maybe miscommunication) that we encountered. About a month prior to our arrival I sent Valerie a message asking about check in and confirming our plans- I didn't hear from her for more than three weeks. Obviously I was stressed when several phone calls and both voice and airbnb messages were not answered (or returned). Finally, a week before our trip, she called to tell me that she had had some issues with the owner, but that they should be resolved and everything would be fine. She offered to refund my money and cancel our reservation, but I declined. She cautioned me that there was new white carpet and that any stains found would mean the loss of my $500 deposit. I said that shouldn't be a problem as we take off our shoes at home and I would keep my family eating in non-carpeted areas. Upon arrival, I noticed several (many) stains already present and immediately messaged Valerie about it because I didn't want to be liable. She never responded to that message, so I was a bit on edge the rest of our trip. A few days before we left, Valerie called to tell me about check out and I again brought the previous carpet stains to her attention - she did not reassure me at all, only said, "well I will be able to tell if you trashed the carpet." As of now, my deposit has not been charged (thank heavens), but I really wish that our...

We're so glad you enjoyed this condo, the amazing views and comfortable furnishings. Light ivory carpet may not be ideal for a vacation rental property, however, it is part of what makes this particular property so beautiful! We discussed from the beginning that the light carpet might present a problem for small children (I know because I have two little ones the same age as yours). You were not concerned and chose this as your vacation home. We appreciate, however, that you were concerned and took good care of the home. Your Security Deposit has been returned already. We glad you enjoyed the amazing view, the heated pool, the great location walking distance to restaurants and the pier.
