I would like to tell again sorry for the inconvenience, I always try to give my best to make my guest experience in my flat as confortable as it is possible.
I am not agree with your words " negligence and lack of consideration". I replied to you just after you send me all messages, ask you informations about the problem and assisting you in all the step. The hot water was working, but for sure as it is a water heater, it's not possible to stay in the shower for a long time, and you need to wait about 20minutes between two showers. I told you that from the beginning. If you see my other reviews you will concluse that anyone else complained about that!
I sent you a message the day before your arrival, the morning after your arrival, I reply to you everyday and all during your whole stay.
For the information, you told me about an hot water issue the 24th Nov in the morning and I send you someone the same day at 2:pm, here the messages of the chat :
my handyman reported that the water heater was properly functioning. It said that the button would not probably be in ON mode.
