Le logement

The apartment is located in a residential community and is ideally located on the outskirts of historic Christiansted town. This intimate space promises honeymooners the serenity of an island getaway with nearby excursions for play; while offering the diligent reader the luxury of indulging in a book and cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise over the Northeastern coast of St. Croix.

Guests have access to the pool, internet, onsite laundry facilities and gated parking. Small charcoal grills ( charcoal provided) are provided for having a cookout.

We can arrange for as much interaction as possible including, helping to provision the apartment before arrival, pickup/drop off at the airport and/or helping to plan and coordinate activities to make your stay on St. Croix a lifetime's worth of wonderful memories.

We ask that our guests be mindful of the use of utilities, the average price per kilowatt /hr in the continental US is 10.44c, in the USVI it is 29. 27c almost 3 times more. Without freshwater resources all our water either comes to us from rain or by desalinating seawater ( an energy intensive and expensive process). In order to keep our costs reasonable we humbly ask that you use these resources wisely and responsibly.

Energy and water production on the island is expensive, we ask our guests to use both electricity and water conservatively. This helps to keep the cost down for both you them and us. The Virgin Islands have no fresh water resources apart from rainwater, all water used is made from seawater using reverse osmosis.

You can't beat the price if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay on St Croix. You'll need a car to get around. It's a 5-10 min trip into Christiansted from the condo in a car. It is secure-you have to get into 2 gates-1 for the car, 1 for you. Free onsite parking. The condo only has AC in the bedroom, ceiling fan in living room. Simply furnished. Lots of stairs to get to condo. Supermarket close by.

I recommend to anyone and everyone to stay at Marlon's place! It was such a wonderful experience! He made us feel at home, he was very informative, and he was very curtious and friendly. Everything about Marlon's place was as expected! 10/10 wonderful experience! Its located very close to the downtown Christiansted (for shopping, dinning, and nightlife), short drive to the gorgeous beaches! Thank you very much Marlon for a truly wonderful island experience!

My daughter and I stayed at Marlon's place and everything was as pictured. I planned on renting a car and that made getting around much easier. We loved the additional amenities included and the welcome coconuts were a wonderful surprise. I look forward to staying there again. Thanks Marlon!

I'd recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown Christiansted. The apartment is clean and has everything you will need. After a day, we became familiar with the island and realized what a great location this apartment is for a home base. Marlon is super friendly and accommodating. You can watch seaplanes from the front porch! We especially appreciated the Internet connection and comfy bed.

Marlon's place was awesome. Fully stocked with amenities. Close 20 min. walk to downtown Christiansted or a short 5 min. walk to the local car rental. Marlon was great, very helpful and prompt. Long reef condos are really comfortable. Other tennants were very friendly. We spent a lot of time in the pool.

Marlon was an amazing . Had everything ready for arrival , even with a welcome gift! Very kind person he even guided us to the airport on our way back home!
