Hi David, my assistance and me made every effort to respond. However, you only one of all our guests who faced that problem, other guests didn;t experienced it, you can see the reviews. It happens because you kind of people who keeps all the lights, AC, TV, boilers on and all electric appliance plugged in including one specific AC which was not stable and we clearly asked you not to use it and brought a heater instead. If you'd only honored our request you wouldn't faced mentioned blackouts. In my turn, I would also to ask where is responsibility of airbnb for people who switch on absolutely all they can and don't follow the instructions? Have you ever tried to turn on all electricity appliance at the same time at you home? However, there were many wet towels after you and since it's hard to believe that you showered in cold water, means after a short wait you had a hot water. I have to notice also that we made a check before you came and electricity was completely ok and stable, and my assistance also checked hot water right after you left, there was. My assistance Betka did her best to be helpful, she came personally to check the electricity issue, she also helped you another day, when you asked to bring another microwave at 7:30 at the morning. Overall, I think we were helpful and accommodating, I do think you might feel more comfortable staying in a hotel as you mentioned where you don't need to follow host rules and guidance and where you not bear responsibility. However, I thankful to have you as a guest.
