Offering fantastic views and location, elegant decor and furnishings this three bedroom, two bathroom apartments are a perfect location for romantic holiday, corporate accommodation or families looking for that special place.
We have four of these apartments, located between the 9th floor and 16th floor and the accommodation comprises King bed, two Split Kings (each can be either one King, or two Singles) and fully equipped kitchen.
All have the same inclusions, decor, furniture and outlook. Our calendar is only blocked out when all four apartments are booked.
The open plan living/dining has a 50 inch flat screen television in living room and 32 inch flat screen in the main bedroom. Photos were taken before the second television was put in place in the main bedroom. Gem Apartments subscribes to 95 foxtel channels on both televisions, and the apartment also boasts euro laundry, ensuite and family bathroom with a bath.
A seventh person can be accommodated in a fold out bed from an additional $25 per night. The open plan living area and the front (third) bedroom boast spectacular views over the CBD. Main bedroom and second bedroom have views across South Melbourne/Port Melbourne/Docklands/West Gate Bridge and Port Philip Bay.
The Vue Grande building is located within 50 metres of Crown Casino, Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and the entertainment hub of Southbank Promenade.
The CBD is directly across the river (200 metre walk). Secure parking for one car, broadband internet and cable television are included in the tariff.

Gem Apartments has an office on Whiteman Street which is attended Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays from 10am - 2pm.
Check in and check out is onsite via Gem Apartments during office hours, and onsite via the residential concierge after hours.

My name is Kellie and I started Gem Apartments with one fantastic apartment in 2009. We have since grown to manage a network of 25 apartments around Southbank.
Gem Apartments successfully straddles the traditional serviced apartment market / and individual holiday market by keeping strict control over all of our apartments.
Our apartments are all furnished and fitted out by Gem Apartments to the same standard, and have the same inclusions.
I work full time in the business out of an office on Whiteman Street, and am available for our guests each day.
I oversee each apartment on a daily basis to ensure that each apartment is kept to the standard of Gem Apartments. Value Executive Accommodation with all the touches of home.
