The house is situated in a private gated development in the beautiful village of Hagley, right on the belt of the beautiful Worcestershire Countryside of Worcestershire. (As stated below, 20 mins from the city of Birmingham, and right on the belt of Worcestershire. Best of both!) The rooms are all inclusive of gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband wifi access.... Brand new three storey luxurious townhouse, close to the city of Birmingham (20 mins drive) and within easy reach of all motorway networks. Train station 5 mins walk. The rooms available are 2 large double rooms on the top floor of the house. Excellent views over the Clent Hills and very privately located in a gated development Security code access. There is a Top floor bathroom which is fitted with a power shower and ceramic bath. There is also a garage and parking. Within walking distance of the house there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants. The geography of the house means it is also on the belt of the beautiful worcestershire countryside, so the best of both worlds! The house is also centrally located for Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester and Sandwell. I consider myself very easy to get along with and work flexible hours and have a very relaxed approach. The way the house is set out means that each floor is seperate which allows for privacy for each individual room.
