Dear Brandon, Thank you so much for writing us back and we are glad you had a great stay with us overall. We have noted your comments and below please find our replies: 1. Beds mattresses were changed 2 years ago, but we will check again in case we need to replace. 2. In our island tap water is processed from sea water by means of reverse osmosis, so we advise our guests that it is not drinkable and in order to save our guests carrying 2 liters plastic bottles from the local supermarket, we advertise the option to order 19 liters water jugs and provide a free dispenser in order to be able to use. This way we are not only providing a service to our guests but also reducing the recycling of plastic water bottles. 3. Air con is clearly listed in our advert that it is operated with a coin pay as you go system at .20 cents per unit. 4. We are very sorry about the power cut and hot water, (although we have not found the fault) as you know we have solved these issues in less than 3 hours. 5. We have been in contact with Airbnb about the security deposit and so far we have not received an alternative solution. Clearly we cannot rent our property with a security deposit and as you are aware we have offered you to only put down your credit card details without blocking the € 200 from your card.
