I had an unfortunate experience with Jasmine. At first I felt terrible because I honored an early check in because I received confirmation from my cleaning crew that they had completed the cleaning of my unit, but when Jasmine checked in the bed was not made, there were a few feathers on the floor from the bedding and a beer bottle behind the TV. Jasmine was kind to take a video of exactly that so I could show my cleaning crew. I asked Jasmine if those were the only places that looked uncleaned and she told me yes. I immediately got on the phone and had the cleaners come up, change out the linens and ensured the unit was cleaned and received confirmation from Jasmine. Later on in her stay Jasmine contacted me to request an late check out. I told her that I would find out when my other guest was checking in. It just so happened he would be arriving on time for check in so I couldn't accommodate that request. I texted Jasmine to notify her, then her response was asking me again if she could check out late, I texted her once more and followed up with a phone call informing her she had to check out on time but never heard back from her. The next message I received about Jasmine was an email I received from my condo building informing me that security was called and they had to enter my unit to break up a fight and took pictures of broken glass on my floor because a lamp was broken. I was worried about the state of my condo so I arrived with my cleaning crew the next day and noticed a couple broken lamps, soda on the floor, ceiling and my closets, something sticky spilled on my TV, a damaged nightstand,and 4 missing Mason jars of creamer and sugar that I provide my guests for coffee and tea. I have never experienced a situation like this before with a guest and I felt very sad to see my property disrespected like that.
