LOCATION, LOCATION! 3 bedrooms: 1 double & 2 singles in a most desirable area. We really are in Chelsea, 100m to Old Town Hall & the buzzing King's Rd, & 5min to the Thames. Our modernised flat is on the 2nd & 3rd floors (no elevator) in a secure, low-rise block of local authority & privately-owned properties. SIX buses 100m away & 2 Tubes 10-15 min walk or short bus ride. Our Superhost status reflects our support to guests.

Our Chelsea flat is a place where families, friends travelling together or couples can feel quite at home, open windows, adjust the heating, etc. (unlike some apartment blocks). It has the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso machine!

The stairs up to the flat can be easily managed, with landings and half landings every 5-6 steps to take a breather, if you wish.

The flat is comfy and cosy, and is in a prime spot in one of London's most sought-after areas. It comfortably sleeps 4 people in one double bedroom and two single bedrooms.

Chelsea is beautiful, steeped in history, with many interesting places, parks and gardens a short walk away.

The famous and fashionable King's Road is home to amazing restaurants, shops, cafes, cinemas, Royal Court theatre, bars, galleries, a Saturday foodies outdoor market and excellent full-range supermarkets. The nearest, Waitrose, is a two-minute walk from the flat, while M&S food and clothing is five minutes away.

We are within easy walking distance of the fascinating Chelsea Physic Gardens (check their website) and the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show (in May).

The ground floor entry door to the three-storey building has a secure key system.

Entering through the front door of the flat, the small hallway leads to the sitting/dining room with French doors that open to a small balcony. Off the sitting room is the fully-equipped kitchen.

The modern guest toilet is off the hallway.

Stairs (with handrails on both sides) lead up to the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

There is a luggage storage cupboard near the bathroom.

Our lounge/dining area has two couches, TV/radio, bookshelves and a table with four chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a meal and includes:

- Electric Oven/Grill

Bonjour, Cet appartement alloué entièrement est assez petit, extrêmement bien isolé au niveau bruit et très bien chauffé (nous y étions en hiver). Il n'est utilisé vraisemblablement que pour de la location, ce qui donne une absence de livres, dvd, bibelots qui enlève un peu de son âme. La cage d'escalier semblent donner dans une habitation de type HLM mais cette impression s'évanouit tout de suite dans l'appartement. A 100 mètres de Kings Road qui est notre rue préférée dans Londres (subjectif évidemment). Propriétaire en Australie, la mondialisation existe vraiment, ici dans le sens positif du terme.

Previously, Will and Michelle have rented only the single bedrooms and they have received approximately 40 good reviews on this site. To help future guests, a friend who is a native French speaker has translated your review into English. You wrote: "This entirely furnished apartment is quite small, extremely well isolated regarding sound and very well heated (we were there in winter). It is used only for renting out, which means there is an absence of books, DVDs and ornaments, which makes it lose a bit of soul. The stairway gives the impression that it is State Housing but this impression disappears as soon as you enter the apartment. It is 100 metres from King's Road - our favourite street, in our personal opinion. The owners are in Australia, which shows globalisation exists here in the positive sense of the word." As background for prospective guests, Michel and his family stayed over Christmas. "Soul" was added in the sitting room by a real (not artificial) Christmas tree and other festive trimmings, which his wife noticed and commented on the moment they arrived. The decorations were put up by Sue, who looks after our Chelsea flat and was there to welcome Michel and his family. In saying the flat is "quite small", all things are relative and subjective. It depends on where you have come from and where you are going to. The official Airbnb photos (and our additional ones) clearly reflect the flat. By "well isolated regarding sound", we think Michel refers to the double-glazed windows making the flat quiet, despite being in the centre of London. The books and other reading matter on our shelves are deliberately chosen, and are focused on helping our guests enjoy their stay in London. Prior to listing the flat on Airbnb, we have had many guests from Australia renting our place - also at Christmas in previous years - and their feedback has influenced what we provide. The accomodation is very well equipped, very friendly and in every respect in accordance with the description. It is ideally located in Chelsea and close to all amenities. Public transport connections are easy. The welcome was excellent and well organized. We had a great time in London with family (with two teenagers).

La casa è confortevole, funzionale e molto pulita. È collocata in una zona tranquilla di Chelsea, ben asservita da negozi, market ma soprattutto dai trasporti: fermata dei bus vicinissima, per molte destinazioni, e stazione della metro a poca distanza. Noelle, signora educatissima, è molto precisa ed attenta nel dare conferme e comunicazioni oltre che disponibile per ogni richiesta: ci ha permesso di stare oltre l'orario del check-out perché il nostro volo è stato spostato. Sue, la manager a Londra, è anche lei molto disponibile e precisa. Il soggiorno e' stato veramente piacevole. Consiglio questa casa a chi vuole visitare Londra vivendo con i londinesi.

This apartment is very conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, groceries, bus stops and two Underground stations that provide quick and easy access to central London. The three bedrooms and 1.5 baths were perfect for our family of four. While the apartment completed is in a relatively quiet area, there's plenty of things to do within very short walking distance.

Noelle & Will's place is a fantastic value. The clean, comfortable and ideally located flat itself, and the wholly positive experience of renting from these owners, had all the hallmarks that would rightly earn a five-star rating. Communication with Noelle was outstanding, Sue made check in convenient and easy, and check out was a breeze. When considering this flat, please consider carefully the three flights of open air but covered stairs up and down with heavy luggage, and no elevator, then a steep flight upstairs to the bedrooms. This did not present a problem for us, but it is a consideration. You can't beat three bedrooms, and working kitchen and all appliances, plus the location, and what seemed to be newly renovated bathrooms, at this price. The flat is not high-end, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We chose wisely!

Chelsea is a very nice place in London very trendy, lively but also with a quiet neighborhood. Unlike the center of the city here, you can feel a little bit like a Londoner and the center is reachable very quickly. The apartment is really great exactly as described and I would say that is very rare to find an rbnd with such a high level of equipment. I will come back and I recommend it.
