From Fiumicino Airport.
There’s a train station inside the airport, from which is possible to take the “Leonardo express” train, directly linked to the central station Roma Termini. You’ll find a train every 30 minutes (every 15 minutes during the opening hours with increased inflow of traffic) from 6:23 AM to 23:23 PM. The train ride lasts 32 minutes without any stop and the ticket - purchasable in the airport - costs 14€.
A more economical way could be some different trains, departing from the same train station in the Airport but with several stops, and buses that obviously will take more time. Once arrived at the Roma Termini central station you’ll have to take the subway line A > direction “Battistini” and get off at the subway’s stop “Cipro”. The ticket costs 1,50€. Once arrived you’ll have to walk about 200m to reach the flat. You could take a taxi as an alternative. The cost is around 48€ (for a taxi up to 4 people)
From Ciampino Airport
There’s a bus that that leads to the Roma Termini central station. The ticket - purchasable in the airport - costs 5€. The return ticket (from Rome to Ciampino) costs around 8.90€. The ride is non-stop and takes about 40 minutes. Once arrived at the Roma Termini central station you’ll have to take the subway line A > direction “Battistini” and get off at the subway’s stop Cipro. The ticket costs 1,50€. Once arrived you’ll have to walk 200m to reach the flat.

Aurelio, Rome, Latium

The flat is located in the Prati district. The name of this district was already used in the Middle Ages when it was completely overgrown with grassland and for this reason was called “Prati di Castello” (grassland of the castle) with reference to Castel S. Angelo (the Castle of the Holy Angel in which is kept the Mausoleum of Adrian). As a matter of fact the name “Prati” dates back to the Roman times when it actually was part of the so-called “Prati di Nerone” (the grassland of the Roman emperor Nerone).
The district shares a border with the Vatican city and provides a gateway to it. From there, in fact, it is possible to get into the Vatican Museums, which host magnificent masterpieces such as the Sistine Chapel and the Raphael Rooms. You’ll also be able to get into the Basilica di San Pietro (St. Peter’s Basilica).
The neighborhood also offers places of great interest like Castel S. Angelo (the Castle of the Holy Angel in which is kept the Mausoleum of Adrian), which hosts the remains of several Roman Emperor including Adriano, Antonino Pio, Commodo and Marco Aurelio. The name of Castel S. Angelo is used since the 590, when, according to tradition, the archangel Michele appeared upon it in order to heal Rome, which had been afflicted with a plague.
The Prati District shares a border with the Tevere river (Tiber river) and has several famous squares such as Piazza Cavour, where is located the towering courthouse (the so-called “Palazzaccio”), Piazza Risorgimento and shopping streets such as via Cola di Rienzo and via Ottaviano. Furthermore it is placed in a good position that will allow you to reach other amazing places of the eternal city such as Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori - which is the very heart of the Roman nightlife, especially for young people - the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna
