I am really sorry that we had a major family emergency during your visit. I apologize that you were inconvenienced during your stay with us. I understand how frustrating it is to have no Internet service. Unfortunately, that is part of living in the mountains. We did contact Conifer, as my father was being airlifted to Modesto fighting for his life, to address the WiFi issue. Conifer told us that there had been an interruption in service and that due to the holiday weekend they could not address the issue. This interruption not only affected the condo but it affected various properties within Groveland. Also, our condo description and condo manual (located on one of the living room tables) do explain how to deal with some of the issues you bring up such as where to dump the garbage and what steps to take when departing the condo. We will address the shower head and bed issue, so thank you for pointing that out to us. As far as the spiders and spider webs, that’s out of our control. Our housekeeper had been to the condo prior to your arrival, and cleaned both the inside and the outside of our condo. It’s part of living in the mountains surrounded by nature. Again, we did our very best under the circumstances. My father was literally fighting for his life. I am confident that past reviews accurately reflect the experience of the majority of our guests.
