* the fact that the wifi is via the hotspot of a mobile phone, has never created problems so far. The connection is fast and works well. As there is well written in the description of the apartment, the available gb are 30 monthly, and not 10. And from the traffic details, they were all used between the first and the second evening when you were our guest, because at November the apartment was used only by you.
We try to do our best to give an acceptable service despite the low cost of the apartment, and 30gb have seemed sufficient to take advantage of a "normal" navigation, without excess.
* The main door is a security door (just to ensure safety), closable both from the outside and, of course, from the inside. Probably my friend just told you that you could close it but he did not show it to you, and I'm still apologizing for this lack. Despite this, I would say that it would have been an easily resolvable problem if you had contacted me that same evening, when you noticed the problem. As you saw, I can easily be reached and a message would have been enough to explain how to do it, as you did the last night.
That is the door to the house, and once it is closed, the other rooms they do not all have the key, as in a normal apartment. I do not think you lock yourself in your bedroom when you're at home, right?
