Modern and stylish double guest room in Victorian tenement in the heart of Dennistoun. Beautiful flat with many original features, recently finished to a high standard with midcentury and pop details. The room is equipped with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, WiFi and a coffee machine.
Tea, coffee and light breakfast is included. All welcome!
I love living here, please note you will be sharing the flat with me during your stay. It is a beautiful apartment and it is quiet even though the hustle and bustle of Alexandra Parade is on the doorstep. The flat is recently decorated but retains lots of original features: high ceilings in every room, cornicing, hardwood floors, wooden internal doors and even a pulley in the kitchen. The dining kitchen is large and rustic with two ovens and a 5 burner hob. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.
The double room is set up for guests with plenty of storage space, a super comfortable double bed with bedding and towels, decorated in a minimal style, no clutter.
The flat is on the top floor of one the original tenement buildings that Dennistoun was built around. There is no lift so please don't book if you're not in the mood for a stair climb!

I am happy for guests to treat the place like their home. You can cook light meals in the kitchen and use the fridge for food and drink of your own, just be sure to clean up after yourself. I'm a vegetarian so would prefer if people were not cooking meat, sorry.
If you want to chuck on a load of laundry that's cool too - just run it by me first so I can show you how things work. There's no tumble drier.
I have WiFi and a big screen TV with Virgin Media, Netflix and Amazon Prime. You are more than welcome to make the most of that and relax on the living room's vintage Chesterfield. Though I imagine you will probably be out exploring Glasgow.
I'm very accommodating and I want people to enjoy staying in the flat as much as I do!

I'll always be there for check-in, to give you the keys and welcome you to my home. Please note that the check-in times are for guidance only. If you plan to arrive earlier let me know, it may be possible to check in a bit early. Bags can also be left after check out to be collected later in the day too if my schedule allows.
I absolutely love living in Glasgow, there is so much happening here you will not be bored. I work as a food and drink reviewer for a local magazine, so I am more than happy to give you a list of recommendations and point you in the direction of the best new places as well as old Glasgow favourites. I'll provide a welcome pack which goes through a few of tips for where to visit in the City.
I work 9-5 for part of the year and can often be busy in the evenings, so I may be around a lot or not very much depending on when you visit but you will always be able to get me on the phone. I'm a friendly person and happy to share a coffee or glass of wine with my guests if we're in the flat at the same time.
A luxury airbed is also available. If you would like to book for three guests I could set this up in the living room at the rate of an additional £20 per night. It is very comfortable!
À partir du 8 décembre 2017 - 11 décembre 2017, la durée minimum de séjour est de 2 nuits.

I like to stay busy and make the most of what Glasgow has to offer. It really has the best of everything: restaurants, pubs, gigs, exhibitions.
I am excited to share my lovely home and meet interesting people from all over the world!
