Patrick, prior to booking our apartment, you messaged me asking for the address of the building. I told you the exact address. On the day of your arrival, I greeted you to check you in and you caused a scene on the street and refused to stay because the building wasn't on the street you wanted to be on. You wouldn't even go inside the apartment and waited on the street for over an hour yelling at me, telling me to solve the problem. Since you were so aggressive and I did not want a problem, I offered you a complete refund so you can go book a hotel or other airbnb. I especially did not want to make someone stay that didn't want to as bad as you. When I told you that, you expected me to hand over the cash to you at that moment. And then you started to yell some more saying that you'd call the police on me since you got off the plane and had no where to stay. I was very calm and nice with you but you were unhappy with anything that wasn't your way. After all that, I offered to accommodate you in an apartment that was on the street you wanted to be on (even though you didn't initially book it).
Please acknowledge that this was a mistake on your behalf. Go back to your messages on airbnb and you'll see that I provided you with the complete address prior to booking.
