So sorry to hear this feedback! We do our absolute best to accommodate every guest for the best experience possible. However, I have a couple clarifications:
-The stove is a gas range, so you must operate the range accordingly. It was operational 2 hours prior to your checkin (I checked myself). If you needed help/instruction, we are absolutely available 24/7 to help you - I always respond within 20 minutes to all questions.
-Referring to your stay, as you booked same-day and only stayed one night, once provided with code and we can verify you've checked in, we like to let our guests relax and enjoy their stay - knowing that if they have any problems we are easily reached. When we don't hear from a guest (especially short-term ones) we assume all is well
-As for the odor, I am unsure of this one and sincerely apologize. I haven't noticed one myself, but will do my best to investigate further and ensure it is taken care of.
-Typical noise is to be expected when staying in any shared apartment space. If there was any noise in excess of that (loud music, talking, etc), we ask that you contact us so we can ensure it can be mitigated.
